What Is a Wrap Report? The End-of-Shoot Summary
A wrap report is the summary filed when principal photography ends: how many days it took, how much of the script was covered, what was carried to pickups, and what it cost against the budget.

What it summarises
The shoot as a whole rather than any day in it: days worked, pages covered against pages in the script, setups completed, company moves, and the scenes that did not get finished. Anything outstanding becomes the pickup list.
Then the money. Budget against committed, actual and the estimated final cost, which is the figure a producer is asked for first.
Who it is for
Producers, financiers and the completion guarantor on a bonded show. It is also the document a production company reads before the next one, because a shoot that ran two days over on the same page count is a scheduling lesson rather than an accident.
